Serena Zhu brings over a decade of leadership experience across events management, business development, and operations. From early roles in student council and association leadership, she developed a strong foundation in collaboration, representation, and community engagement.

As the founder of her own event planning and brand management company - Terratide, she has delivered bespoke corporate, private, and brand events both domestically and internationally, overseeing end-to-end strategy, coordination, and execution.

As a business founder and former Banking NSW Team Leader, she combines strategic thinking with operational excellence.

Serena now joins the Chatswood Chamber of Commerce as Operations Manager on a flexible basis, passionate about building meaningful business connections and supporting sustainable local growth, while continuing to lead her events and branding business.
