Sunsolis Legal
Shelly Sun is the Founder and Principal Solicitor of Sunsolis Legal, a multicultural law firm with offices in NSW and Queensland providing services across property, commercial, migration, family and dispute resolution matters. With a professional background spanning Australia, Hong Kong and Greater China, Shelly has built a practice focused on helping businesses, migrants, families and investors navigate complex legal and commercial environments.
One of Shelly’s offices is located in the neighbouring suburb of St Leonards, and she has a strong professional interest in the continued growth of Chatswood as one of Sydney’s leading commercial and multicultural business centres. Through her legal practice and community involvement, she regularly works with business owners, professionals, migrants and entrepreneurs across the Lower North Shore and broader Sydney region.
Shelly is also actively involved in community leadership. She is the Charter President of the Lions Club of Sydney Sunny and President of the Australia Chinese Table Tennis Lovers Association, where she promotes youth leadership, cultural exchange and social cohesion through community initiatives and sporting engagement.
If elected to the Committee, Shelly hopes to contribute by strengthening engagement with multicultural businesses, young professionals and emerging entrepreneurs across Chatswood and the wider Willoughby area. She is particularly interested in supporting practical business networking opportunities, educational initiatives around legal and governance issues, and greater collaboration between local businesses, professionals and community organisations.
Shelly believes Chatswood is uniquely positioned as a vibrant and internationally connected business hub and hopes to contribute fresh perspectives, cross-cultural connections and collaborative ideas to support the Chamber’s continued growth and relevance within the local business community.
