Claire Williams is an accomplished shopping centre professional brings more than 20 years of experience in major retail asset management across Australia. Over the course of her career, she has managed centres on behalf of some of the country’s most prominent retail property owners, including Lendlease, GPT and IPOH, building a strong reputation for leadership, commercial acumen and operational excellence. Her expertise spans every facet of shopping centre management, from tenancy relations and day-to-day operations to strategic marketing initiatives, asset enhancement projects, renovations and major redevelopment programs.
 
Since 2014, she has held the role of Centre Manager at Chatswood Interchange, owned by the Galileo Group, where she has played a key role in overseeing the reincarnation and development of one of Sydney’s dynamic retail centres and significant Sydney commuter hub.  In this role, she has demonstrated a deep understanding of the retail landscape, combined with the ability to foster strong tenant partnerships, drive customer engagement and support the continued evolution of the centre and surrounding community.
