Kelly Yeung is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive expertise in the ICT industry and digital transformation. She has built a strong career working with leading organisations, including Microsoft and HKT, supporting clients across a broad range of sectors such as multinational corporations, banking and financial services, and higher education.
Currently, Kelly is in a business development role of OBC within Optus Enterprise & Business, where she focuses on helping organisations for ICT requirements and adopt digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and remain competitive in an increasingly dynamic market. As an active contributor to the Chatswood Chamber of Commerce, Kelly has hosted two FutureNow workshops, equipping members with practical insights into AI and digital transformation. By leveraging her professional network, she curated expert speakers and delivered relevant, actionable content, including topics such as AI applications for small businesses. In addition, Kelly supported the Chamber’s International Women’s Day event by leveraging her network to invite Ada Cheng, CEO of the Australian Nursing Home Foundation, as a panel speaker who contributing to an inspiring and impactful experience for members and the broader community.
