Panbo Ye is a financial adviser, tax accountant, business owner, and director of several GP medical centres. He works with professionals, business owners, medical practitioners, investors, and families across tax, financial planning, business structuring, investment strategy, and long-term wealth management. Through his professional and business experience, Panbo has developed a practical understanding of the challenges faced by local businesses, including cash flow, compliance, staffing, marketing, technology, funding, succession planning, and sustainable growth.
 
Panbo is passionate about contributing to the Chatswood business community and supporting the continued growth of Chatswood as one of Sydney’s most vibrant, multicultural, and commercially important centres. He believes the Chatswood Chamber of Commerce plays an important role in connecting local businesses, representing members’ interests, and creating opportunities for collaboration, advocacy, and business development.
 
Panbo hopes to bring practical business knowledge, professional networks, and fresh initiatives to the Chamber. In particular, he is interested in helping establish a structured mentor programme for new businesses and start-ups, allowing experienced business owners and professionals to support emerging entrepreneurs in the Chatswood and wider Willoughby area.
 
He also believes the Chamber could further strengthen member engagement through focused committees or subcommittees in key areas such as business coaching, tax and accounting, IT, marketing, professional services, health, property, and multicultural business engagement. These groups could be led or supported by Committee Members and experienced members, creating practical resources and events that deliver direct value to local businesses.
