Carol Chen is the Co-Founder and Director of ICAN Solutions, an IT consulting firm specialising in integrated CRM, cloud-based business management systems, and digital transformation solutions. ICAN Solutions has delivered tailored systems and services across CRM, websites, e-commerce, e-marketing, online education and training, and operational management for a diverse range of industries, including not-for-profit organisations, professional services, property, retail, and service-based businesses.

Beyond her professional work, Carol is actively involved in cultural and musical education and has organised numerous concerts, community cultural events, and international music competitions over the past decade, supporting young musicians and community engagement through the arts.

Carol holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Information Technology. She has served on the board of the Chatswood Chamber of Commerce for 17 years and currently serves as Vice President. During her long-standing involvement with the Chamber, Carol has contributed extensively to strategic planning, event organisation, business networking initiatives, and strengthening connections with government departments, councils, and business support agencies.
