Serena Zhu brings over a decade of leadership experience across events management, business development, and operations. From early roles in student council and association leadership, she developed a strong foundation in collaboration, representation, and community engagement.

As the founder of her own event planning and brand management company - Terratide, she has delivered bespoke corporate, private, and brand events both domestically and internationally, overseeing end-to-end strategy, coordination, and execution.

As a business founder and former Banking NSW Team Leader, she combines strategic thinking with operational excellence.

Serena is also a member of the Chatswood Chamber of Commerce and is committed to supporting the local business community. In her role as Operations Manager, she works closely with the Board to help deliver outcomes in the best interests of Chamber members and businesses across the Chatswood and wider Willoughby community.

Serena now supports the Chatswood Chamber of Commerce as Operations Manager on a flexible basis, and is passionate about building meaningful business connections and supporting sustainable local growth, while continuing to lead her events and branding business, Terratide.
